Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return on most items. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at duckbargains@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. We will coordinate with our fulfillment partners and provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected by our fulfillment partner, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired replacement.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will work with our suppliers to arrange a replacement or full refund.
